When we met The Woodland Trust, they were looking for unifying point of view they could get behind, a way to attract a new generation of supporters and inspire people to fight climate change.
We developed a single, overarching positioning statement that would bring people together to tackle the climate crisis in an unexpected way: ‘Fighting for the health of people and planet with every tree’. Using this as our North Star, we went on to create an award-winning visual identity that lived across all touchpoints and a through-the-line campaign with a rallying call to arms: Plant More Trees.
Together, we created a compelling internal narrative to underpin all marketing activity, produced the brand’s most successful ad campaign ever, at a third of the budget, and exceeded new subscriber targets.
